What
you need,

cup pumpkin puree

whole egg

egg whites

tbsp. vegetable oil
1
cup all-purpose flour
1
tsp. baking powder
1
tsp. cocoa powder
½
tsp. ground cinnamon
½
tsp. ground all-spice
¼
tsp. ground nutmeg
¼
tsp. salt
2/3
cup brown sugar
½
cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat
the oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8x10
inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
In
a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, egg, egg whites and oil, blend
until smooth.
In
a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon,
all-spice, nutmeg, and salt.
Stir
the dry ingredients into the wet until just combined. Fold in the chocolate
chips.
Pour
the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake
for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool
completely before cutting.
