What
you need,
1
deep dish pie crust, with a top (homemade or store bought)
1
lb. of venison, cut into small cubes
Salt/Pepper
to taste
1
tsp. Garlic Powder
2-3
tbsp. cold water
Heat
the oven to 350 degrees.
Season
the cubed meat liberally with salt and pepper and the garlic powder.
Place
the season meat into the pie shell, drizzle with the water.
Place
the top crust on and pinch the edges well. Cut 2 or 3 slits in the top of the
pie crust to allow for venting.
Bake
for 45-60 minutes until the crust is well browned and the meat is cooked
through.
Remove
the pie from the oven and let it sit for 10 minutes, this will allow time for
the juices to thicken up.
Cut and serve.
